Terms & Conditions

VisaSmaRT is an additional service that must be selected during the visa application process. It cannot be added after the visa application has been submitted.

The rates for VisaSmaRT vary depending on the country and type of visa you are applying for. The exact fee will be provided at the time of application.

A processing time will be provided at the time of visa application. If the visa is delayed by one (1) day or more beyond the stated processing time, the VisaSmaRT service fee will be refunded.

In case the visa application is rejected, the visa fee and the service fee will be refunded. The VisaSmaRT fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.

There will be thorough scrutiny of the documents submitted as part of the visa application. Our Visa Expert reserves the right to deny the VisaSmaRT service if the submitted documents do not meet the required standards or are deemed “weak” as per the visa expert.

Roundtrip.in LLP reserves the right to refuse the VisaSmaRT service option during the visa application process, at our sole discretion, without prior notice.

Roundtrip.in LLP reserves the right to discontinue or suspend the VisaSmaRT service at any time, with or without notice.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and documentation required for the visa application process. Any inaccuracies or omissions may result in delays or rejection of your visa application.

VisaSmaRT does not guarantee the approval of your visa application. We provide assistance to enhance your chances of visa approval, but the final decision rests with the respective embassy or consulate.

VisaSmaRT is available only in certain countries and for specific types of visas. The availability of the service may change at any time, and it is the applicant’s responsibility to confirm availability before applying.

Roundtrip.in LLP shall not be held liable for any damages or losses arising from the use of the VisaSmaRT service, including but not limited to visa rejection, delays, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

Roundtrip.in LLP will not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the VisaSmaRT service due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government regulations, or technical issues.

Roundtrip.in LLP reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to users, and the updated Terms and Conditions will apply to all new and existing applications.
